Contact
One address, and it reaches the people who build the systems.
Tell us who you are, what you are trying to build or procure, and the timeline you are working to. That is usually enough for a reply with something useful in it rather than a calendar link.
hi@westra.devWhat to include
Three things in a first message. There is no form on this site and no backend behind it, so nothing you send goes anywhere except our inbox.
Westra answers tender and RFP enquiries, including pre-bid clarifications, technical compliance sheets and requests for documentation. Send the documents themselves and we will work from them.
- Your organisation
- Which department, firm or company this is for, and your role in it. It decides who answers and what they assume you already know.
- What you are trying to build or procure
- The problem in your own words. Name a product if you have one in mind, or describe the process that is not working if you do not.
- Timeline
- When it needs to be live, and whether a tender, a budget cycle or a board date is driving that.
